These terms explain how the Panna Wild Safari website and its enquiry-based travel assistance are intended to be used.
1. About This Website
Panna Wild Safari is an independent private tour and travel business focused on travel planning and enquiry-based assistance for Panna and Khajuraho.
2. Nature of the Service
The website is primarily an information and enquiry platform. Travellers can submit their requirements through the enquiry form so that travel options and assistance can be discussed.
3. No Online Booking or Payment
This website does not provide an online payment facility, payment gateway, online checkout or paid booking transaction. The website may display indicative safari rates for reference. These rates are not a confirmed quotation or guarantee of availability. Any applicable fees, taxes, inclusions and supplier charges will be clarified before a separate travel arrangement or payment is made. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking or permit.
4. Enquiries and Communication
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking, paid reservation or guaranteed service. Any travel arrangement will be discussed separately based on the traveller's requirements and the availability of relevant services.
5. Third-Party and Government Services
Availability, rules, permits, entry tickets, safari services, accommodation, transport and other third-party services may be subject to the terms, procedures, availability and charges of the relevant provider or government authority.
6. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep website information useful and clear. However, travel-related information such as availability, operating procedures, timings and government rules can change. Visitors should confirm applicable details before making travel arrangements.
7. Independent Business Disclaimer
Panna Wild Safari is not the official website of Panna Tiger Reserve, the Forest Department or the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
8. Website Use
Visitors should use the website for lawful purposes and should provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry.
