At Panna Wild Safari, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. As a privately operated travel assistance company, all refund and cancellation terms are clearly outlined below.

Panna Wild Safari is an independent private entity and is not affiliated with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Panna Tiger Reserve, or MP Forest Department. All payments are made to Panna Wild Safari, and all refunds are processed solely by our company.

Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation request is made before the scheduled safari date. Service charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

• 30 Days or More Before Safari Date: 80% refund of total booking amount.
• 15 to 29 Days Before Safari Date: 20% refund of total booking amount.
• 7 to 14 Days Before Safari Date: 10% refund of total booking amount.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Safari Date: No refund applicable.

How to Cancel a Booking

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp using registered contact details.

• Full Name
• Booking ID / Reference Number
• Safari Date
• Reason for cancellation

The cancellation date will be considered based on the date and time we receive your request.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Bank and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Force Majeure or Official Park Closure

If the safari is cancelled due to official park closure, administrative decisions, or unforeseen circumstances:

• Full refund may be provided (excluding service charges), or
• Rescheduling option may be offered (subject to availability).

Final decisions will be made by Panna Wild Safari based on operational feasibility.

Additional Terms

• No-show or last-minute cancellation is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include additional charges.
• Guests are advised to confirm travel plans before booking.
